If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within fourteen (14) days of receipt at info@pixieheat.com. All Styling Irons must be returned in new and unused condition.
If our customer service team approves your return or exchange, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions. After your return has been shipped and received by our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be applied to the original form of payment.
Additionally, all hair tools must be returned in new and unused condition. Should your product be used and you are within the fourteen-day window, your return or exchange will be subject to a $30 disposal fee.

Shipping
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the Monday that follows.
We currently offer one shipping method throughout the U.S. All shipments are sent through USPS. Shipments can take up to 7 business days for delivery within the US. Currently at the moment we do not ship outside of the U.S. Sorry, we can only ship to one address per order.
If you choose the in-store pick-up option during checkout you will receive a follow-up email with-in 1-2 business days when your order is ready for pick-up.
