The Pixie Heat™ Styling Iron can take up to two (2) hours for a full charge. The work time for our styling iron is between fourty (40) to fourty-five (45) minutes.

To charge your Styling Iron, plug it into any USB port, whether it’s your laptop, power bank, or car charger. While the Styling Iron is charging the blue LED light will blink until the iron is fully charged. Be sure to have your Styling Iron in the locked position while charging, this is how your iron will reserve power while charging. Once fully charged flip the safety lock to release the iron and hold the power button for 5 seconds, the blue LED light will indicate that your Styling Iron is switched on and will automatically start heating up. You can then choose your desired heat level.

The Pixie Heat™ Styling Iron is guaranteed for consumer use for one (1) year. This guarantee covers consumer use only i.e. defects occurring under normal use from date of purchase or date of delivery. Exclusions apply. The appliance has been used on a voltage supply other than that which is marked on the product. Repairs or alterations have been attempted by unauthorized persons. The failure of the appliance is a direct result of misuse. The failure is a result of not following the instructions for use.

This guarantee does not cover any cosmetic damage due to misuse of the product nor any damage to persons or property that occurs because of product misuse.
